What is our Return Policy?
When you want to return goods and/or products to us (as indicated in our Terms and Conditions) our policy states that:
23. Return of goods or products
23.1 If any goods and/or products delivered to you are damaged you must report it to us immediately or as soon as possible after receipt thereof.
23.2 When you want to return any goods and/or products you must report it with the reason for doing so within 5 business days.
23.3 Once you find the products are faulty it must be reported to us immediately or as soon as possible after you became aware of it.
23.4 In the case of any goods and/or products are deemed as faulty, you must immediately cease using such goods and/or product(s) as to ensure that no further damage, wear and/or tear to such goods and/or product(s) occur.
23.5 Any goods and/or products returned, other than damaged goods and/or products, the said goods and/or products should be in their original packaging, should not have being opened, used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way whatsoever.
23.6 Due to hygienic reasons no bedding, linen and mattresses can be returned once it was opened and/or used. Any acceptance of returns of such goods and/or products will be at Fashion Furniture's discretion.
23.7 The goods and/or product(s) must then be returned to us immediately or as soon as possible at your own cost and risk.
